We have been operating dating services since 2011, and throughout this time, we have continuously developed and refined our systems to create a safer environment for our users. Our commitment is twofold: to proactively prevent minors from accessing our service and to act decisively and swiftly when we are made aware of a potential child safety concern.

Our Proactive Moderation

We employ a dedicated, highly-trained moderation team that constantly monitors our platform. This team reviews profiles, photos, and reported content to ensure compliance with our community guidelines. Any content that is inappropriate, exploitative, or suggestive of harm to minors is immediately removed, and the associated accounts are permanently banned. Our human moderators work in tandem with automated systems to provide comprehensive oversight and rapid response.

Robust Verification Systems

We believe that accountability is key to safety. That's why we have implemented a best-in-class verification system to deter individuals with malicious intent.

• Account Association: Every account created on our service must be associated with an active Google or Apple ID. This creates a powerful link to a verified, real-world identity, significantly reducing anonymity.
• Phone Number Verification: We regularly flag accounts for additional security checks, requiring users to verify a valid phone number.

These measures are designed to weed out those looking to misuse our platform anonymously. In the unfortunate event that an incident does occur, this system ensures we have ample identifiable information available to assist in investigations.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We are unequivocally committed to cooperating with law enforcement agencies and other relevant authorities to combat the exploitation of children. If our team discovers any content or behaviour that suggests illegal activity or immediate harm, we actively report it to the appropriate authorities. We will always comply with legitimate legal requests for information to aid in official investigations and help bring offenders to justice.

How to Report a Profile in the App

The most effective way to help us maintain a safe community is to report suspicious profiles immediately. Your reports are confidential and are reviewed urgently by our moderation team.

Report a profile from your daily recommendation profiles

If you spot someone that you know to be underage or you suspect they are, then you can tap the card to open the profile, then from either the menu button (three vertical dots), or from the very bottom of their profile, you can select 'Block / Report'. A dialog will appear allowing you to select the reason you wish to block or report this profile, from this menu select the 'Underage' option.

Report a profile from the chat screen

If someone reveals in chat that they are underage, or you suspect they are, tap the menu icon (three vertical dots) and select 'Unmatch & block'. A dialog will appear allowing you to select the reason you wish to block or report this profile, from this menu select the 'Underage' option.

How to Report a Profile to us via this website

If you are not a user of the app or are unable to report the profile from within it, you can submit a report online. Please complete this form to flag a profile to us.
